Emcure Pharmaceuticals shares listed at 31.45% premium: Bansal Wire listed at 39.06% premium, both IPOs were open from 3rd to 5th July

Shares of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited and Bansal Wire Industries Limited were listed on the stock exchange today.  Shares of Emcure Pharmaceuticals were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at ₹1,325.05, up 31.45% from the issue price of ₹1,008.

At the same time, shares of Bansal Wire Industries were listed on the NSE at ₹356, up 39.06% from the issue price.  With this, its share was listed on the NSE at ₹352.05 at a premium of 37.52%.  The issue price of Bansal wire was ₹256.

Emcure was subscribed 67.87 times and Bansal Wire 62.76 times
Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ IPO was subscribed a total of 67.87 times in three days.  The issue was subscribed 7.36 times in retail category, 191.24 times in qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category and 49.32 times in non-institutional investors (NII) category.

At the same time, Bansal Wire Industries’ IPO was subscribed a total of 62.76 times in three days.  The issue was subscribed 14.37 times in retail category, 153.86 times in QIB and 54.21 times in NII category.  Both the companies’ initial public offerings (IPOs) were open from July 3 to July 5.

Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ issue was worth ₹1,952.03 crore
The issue of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd totaled ₹ 1,952.03 crore.  For this, the company has issued 7,936,507 new shares worth ₹800 crore.  At the same time, existing investors of the company sold 11,428,839 shares worth ₹1,152.03 through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.

Bansal Wire Industries’ issue was worth ₹745 crore
This issue of Bansal Wire Industries Limited was a total of ₹ 745 crore.  For this, the company issued 29,101,562 new shares worth ₹745 crore.  Existing investors of the company did not sell a single share through the offer for sale.

Retail investors can bid for 196 shares in Emcure Pharmaceuticals
Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd had set an IPO price band of ₹960-₹1008.  Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 14 shares.  If you apply for 1 lot as per IPO upper price band of ₹1008, you have to invest ₹14,112.

At the same time, retail investors can apply for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 196 shares.  For this, investors can invest ₹197,568 according to the upper price band.

Retail investors can bid for 754 shares in Bansal Wire
Bansal Wire Industries Ltd had set an IPO price band of ₹243-₹256.  Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 58 shares.  If you had applied for 1 lot at the IPO’s upper price band of ₹256, you would have had to invest ₹14,848.

At the same time, retail investors can apply for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 754 shares.  For this, investors can invest ₹193,024 according to the upper price band.
